7.4 Material Safety Data Sheet. Manufacturer shall provide evidence in the form of a Material
Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) (Fed-Std-313) that the components shall not be highly toxic, toxic,
corrosive or irritant in terms of the definitions and tests in Code of Federal Regulations, Title 16,
Part 1500 (Federal Hazardous Substances Act). Manufacturer shall certify that the chemical
components contain no known members of the phthalate family of solvents. None of the
components if tested individually will be classified as hazardous as defined by the US Department
of Transportation's Hazardous Materials Regulations under 49 CFR 100-179. In particular, none of
the individual components will be defined as a flammable liquid under these regulations and
determined by ASTM Standard Test Method D56-05. Flash Point by Tag Closed Tester.
